Frequently asked questions
You can lodge a claim via your MyGov, MyServices or via a D2051 form. You do not need supporting evidence at this stage as DVA can request this later. You can upload all relevant diagnosis documents and any supporting documentation that will help with your claim. A PI claim is a claim for recognition and compensation for long-term impairments that result from service-related injuries or conditions.
We don’t submit the claims. That part is left to you and/or your DVA advocate. We offer comprehensive medical and psychiatric assessment, documentation, and reporting to support your PI claim.

We aim to complete and return all PI paperwork to DVA in under four weeks. However, we can’t control how long the whole process takes—once we’ve supplied the documentation, the timing is out of our control.
